A new direction for Women's and Children's Health Service

As part of the WA Health reform process Princess Margaret Hospital for Children (PMH) and King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women (KEMH) are no longer part of the Women's and Children's Health Service.

These hospitals are now operating as separate entities, but are still delivering first-class services to Western Australia's women, children and youth.

King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women has expanded its women's health services and become part of the North Metropolitan Health Service.

Princess Margaret Hospital for Children and other child and youth based services have come together to form a dedicated Health Service for young people, from birth to adolescence.
